This is why we are thankful we can offer our customers additional support to help ensure their experience is the least stressful as possible. The 3 Stage Service Package includes towing, 3 FREE DAYS of a rental car, assistance with the insurance process, and financing options.

We understand the difficult circumstances that can arise after being involved in an auto accident. We help take some of the burden by helping you get your vehicle towed to our location right away. Then, we will get you set up with a rental car either through your insurance or 3 FREE DAYS on us. This is part of
our customer service guarantee.
WE HELP WITH INSURANCE

No matter what insurance company you have, we accept them and we will work with them. We have the claim experience needed to handle any type of insurance claim issue. Mike Feeley, the owner of 3 Stage, has 14 years of claims experience. In his career, Mike has 7 years with GEICO, 3 years with USAA, and 4 years as a Claims Supervisor with AIG Auto Damage Claims. We support our customers by negotiating a fair claim settlement for repairs and advocate for them on insurance coverage issues. Our customers are always our number one priority.
WE HELP WITH FINANCING

We partner with Synchrony Car Care to offer financing options of 6 months 0% interest, or upon approved credit 12 months 0 interest. These are the minimum amounts if you are seeking a finance option for your repair. We have had customers financed for $250.00 - $7500.00 with these terms. Financing is almost unheard of from auto body and collision centers like us. Auto repair chains such as Firestone Car Care Centers, Pep Boys, and almost all tire centers have been offering financing for years. We are pleased to have the ability to offer this service to all our customers.
